GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
0. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the acquisition of the products offered on the website www.npro.es owned by NATURAL PROBIOTICS, S.L. (hereinafter, NPRO).
The acquisition of any of the products entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.
These General Terms and Conditions may be modified without prior notice; it is therefore advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding with the acquisition of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and NPRO shall be deemed effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.
3. PRODUCTS
The products offered, together with their main characteristics and price, appear on screen.
NPRO reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Customers. In this way, NPRO may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, NPRO reserves the right to withdraw or cease offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
All of the foregoing notwithstanding the fact that the acquisition of any of the products may only be made through the subscription or registration of the USER, with NPRO granting the interested party a username and a password, which shall identify them and enable them personally to access the products.
Once inside www.npro.es and in order to access the contracting of the various products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which shall entail the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions established at www.npro.es.
4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
PRODUCTS
NPRO intends to guarantee the availability of all the products advertised through www.npro.es. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it has run out of stock, the customer will be informed, through the means provided by the customer, as soon as possible.
If the product is not available, and the consumer having been informed thereof, NPRO may supply a product of similar characteristics without any price increase, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the customer rejecting the substitute products, the refund previously paid shall be made by the same means used by the customer.
After one week, if the customer has not received any notification from NPRO nor the refund either, they must get in touch so that it may be reviewed and a receipt may be provided by NPRO, which in any case shall not be responsible for any delay incurred by the banks, but shall provide all the means and data to facilitate that it be carried out as swiftly as possible.
5. PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS
To make any purchase on www.npro.es, the customer must be of legal age.
In addition, the customer must register on www.npro.es through a data collection form in which NPRO is provided with the information necessary for contracting; data which in any case shall be truthful, accurate and complete regarding their identity and to which the customer must expressly consent by accepting NPRO's privacy policy.
Likewise, it is advisable for the customer to print and/or save a copy on a durable medium of the terms of sale when placing their order, as well as of the receipt of acknowledgement sent by NPRO by email.
INVOICING
Once the order has been placed, the invoice for it may be requested, either from the orders section or through the website's contact, indicating the order number and personal data.
To this end, the customer consents that said invoice be sent to them in electronic format. The customer shall receive it by email, in PDF format. They may, at any time, revoke this consent by sending an email to: info@npro.es in order to receive the invoice on paper.
6. DELIVERY
PRODUCTS
Currently, the delivery area covers mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. For other areas, customers may select the country and request information from us to find out whether NPRO can carry out the delivery.
The order shall be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting, according to the modality chosen.
The delivery area covers the following zones: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
7. PRICES, CHARGES AND TAXES
The prices of the products listed on www.npro.es shall be expressed in euros unless otherwise stated and shall be guaranteed for the period of their validity, save for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order may be.
PRODUCTS
The final prices of all the products (and, where applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, when mandatory) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalogue of www.npro.es.
The price of the products shall be shown with VAT included, which shall depend on the classification of the product and on the country from which it is being accessed.
The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied shall be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any event, the final cost shall be communicated to the customer during the electronic purchase process before they formalise their acceptance.
8. METHODS OF PAYMENT
We make available to you these methods of payment:
a. By credit or debit card
You may make the payment immediately through our Bank's secure SSL payment gateway. Should it be necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount shall be refunded through the same payment card.
b. Through the Stripe payments platform
You may make the payment immediately through the secure Stripe payment gateway.
9. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
As established by the regulations, the consumer and user shall have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract during a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except for those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable, among others, to:
Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the trader cannot control.
Contracts for the supply of products made to the specifications of the consumer and user, or clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene.
Supply of goods which, after delivery, have been mixed with others.
PRODUCTS
The customer shall have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform NPRO of their wish to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that NPRO shall proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, once the returned order has been received and verified to be in perfect condition. The same procedure chosen by the customer for payment shall be followed for the refund (provided that the acquired product is not within the exceptions indicated above).
During this period, the consumer shall communicate to the trader their decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form found at the end of this document and sending it to NPRO's email address.
NPRO shall provide the consumer, on a durable medium, with an acknowledgement of receipt of said withdrawal.
In order to proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it be in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request, we shall contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.
The trader shall bear the costs of return, provided that no more than three collection attempts by the logistics company are exceeded. Once these attempts have been exceeded, it shall be the customer who has to send it, bearing the costs.
10. WARRANTY
The products acquired through www.npro.es enjoy a warranty period of As per manufacturer from the moment of their acquisition, which covers possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any malfunction occurring during said period.
Excluded from the warranties are consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or handling, connection to an electrical network other than the one indicated, incorrect installation, or defects arising from any external cause.

11. LIABILITY AND EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
The consumer and user has the right to the repair of the product, its replacement, the reduction of the price, or the termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II, Title IV, Book II of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or the replacement of the product, both being free of charge for the consumer, which shall be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If, once the repair is completed and the product delivered, it remains not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, the reduction of the price, or the termination of the contract.

13. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
The language used shall be Spanish.
